Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a remote/hybrid/onsite role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans for a small caseload.

The ideal candidate has BCBA certification, 1+ year experience with diverse populations, and strong proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software. The position offers a full-time schedule, competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with diverse populations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families to adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings and consult families on concerns.
• Support BCBA with administrative tasks and scheduling.
