Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a certified BCBA to lead and supervise a small caseload while delivering direct supervision to BTs/RBTs. You will review session data, interpret outcomes, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with board certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and ethics.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families for supervision.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns; collaborate with clinical manager.
