Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team in Worcester. The role involves direct supervision of BTs and RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing session data with families to adjust treatment plans.

You will collaborate with families and staff to ensure effective behavior interventions. We offer a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, plus a supportive Clinical Manager and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment or staff.
• Support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative assistance.
