Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid opportunity in Wilmington, DE. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adapt treatment plans to support children and families.

The position offers full-time hours, a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and reinforcement theories.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing staff and coordinating with families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
