Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a small team and oversee treatment plans for clients in Delaware. The role emphasizes data-driven supervision, family collaboration, and adherence to ABA ethics and regulations.

You will review data, adjust plans, and consult with families to ensure effective progress. The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive clinical manager.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the BACB.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA interventions, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and modify plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
