Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our West Chester team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review session data to adjust individualized treatment plans.

You will consult with families, lead team meetings, and ensure ethical, effective ABA interventions. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required. This is a full-time, permanent role with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Consult with families and lead team meetings.
