Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is actively seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Media, PA. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, oversee a small caseload, and routinely review data from sessions with staff and families to tailor individualized plans.

The role includes ongoing supervision with families, collaboration with the clinical manager, and administrative support to manage caseloads.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms; knowledge of data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Hold team meetings with staff and families to supervise and coordinate treatment.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
