Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a small caseload and supervise BTs/RBTs in a hybrid, full-time role. You will review progress data, adjust individual plans, and work closely with families to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected during sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct supervision through staff and family meetings and consultations.
• Collaborate with families regarding treatment concerns and staff guidance.
