Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans for a small caseload while engaging families in the process.

The role emphasizes 1:1 ABA approaches, available administrative support, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late shifts. Strong clinical leadership and collaboration are valued.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
