Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA treatment plan development and oversight. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, supervise others, and monitor progress while collaborating with families and care teams. Strong communication and data-keeping skills are essential.

Qualifications include a Master's in Psychology or related field, BCBA or LPA license, and at least 2 years' experience. Willingness to travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients.
• Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates.
• Update and maintain treatment programs.
• Complete reports and assessments in a timely manner.
• Train technicians and families on ABA plans.
• Communicate program changes to caregivers and the team.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings.
• Maintain accurate records using written or electronic systems.
