Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to design and supervise individualized ABA plans, deliver therapy, and coordinate with families and technicians. The role emphasizes supervision, progress monitoring, and interprofessional collaboration to drive meaningful patient outcomes.

You will implement treatment plans across home-based, therapy centers, and community settings, ensuring high-quality care while maintaining compliance and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Master's Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; objective observation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload as prescribed.
• Conduct supervision for caseload, in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly progress and present updates in supervision meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs and reports.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment changes to caregivers and team.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
