Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to join a team committed to high-quality ABA therapy in California. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and provide supervision across a caseload, collaborating with families and technicians to deliver evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, supervision, progress monitoring, and training for caregivers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure as required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy per caseload.
• Supervise patients in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly progress and update programs.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on plans.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
