Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA therapy programs across home-based and center settings. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress in patients' lives.

In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy, supervise patients, and monitor progress, while maintaining compliant documentation and participating in IEP/placement meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Must hold BCBA certification or LPA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to document patient progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients within caseload.
• Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers.
• Attend IEP and placement meetings.
