Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise staff across diverse settings. The role combines direct therapy with oversight of program implementation to drive meaningful patient progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Psychology, BCBA or LPA, and at least two years of experience, with readiness to travel between sites and engage families and caregivers in care plans. This full-time position offers bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel between different job sites and settings.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload.
• Supervise patients in person or via telehealth as needed.
• Monitor weekly progress and report updates in supervision meetings.
• Update treatment programs and documentation in systems.
