Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to join a team committed to high-quality ABA therapy. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, provide clinical supervision, monitor progress, and collaborate with Behavior Technicians, families, and other service providers.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Psychology or related field.
BCBA certification by BACB or LPA license.
Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload.
Conduct supervision for patients, in person or via telehealth.
Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates.
Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
Train technicians and caregivers on ABA plans.
Communicate treatment changes to caregivers and ABA team.
Attend IEP/placement meetings and coordinate with teams.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
