Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) in California to lead ABA treatment plans and supervise staff. You will work across home-based and center settings, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other providers to deliver evidence-based interventions.

In this role, you will monitor progress, complete reports, and support IEP goals while ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation. A strong commitment to quality care and patient outcomes is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification or Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in ABA.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to assigned caseload.
• Supervise patients and supervise staff via in-person or telehealth.
• Monitor weekly progress and report updates to team and families.
• Update treatment programs and maintain documentation.
• Train caregivers and technicians on ABA plans and implementation.
• Coordinate with families, caregivers, and providers; attend IEP/placement meetings.
