Job summary

TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to join a team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision, monitor progress, and collaborate with Behavior Technicians, families, caregivers, and other service providers.

This full-time role offers uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and relocation incentives, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in patient care and family support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload.
• Conduct supervision in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
• Complete reports, progress reports, and IEP goals.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
• Attend IEP and placement meetings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
