Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to join a team delivering high-quality ABA therapy across home-based and center settings in California. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families and providers to drive meaningful patient progress.

The role offers uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, signing or relocation incentives, and a Spanish language premium, with flexible travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or a related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients within the assigned caseload.
• Conduct supervision for patients within the assigned caseload, in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates on programs during supervision and team meetings.
• Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and other individuals on ABA treatment plans.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
