TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to oversee and implement ABA treatment plans, supervise clinicians, and monitor patient progress across home-based and center settings in California. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, technicians, and other providers to deliver evidence-based interventions.

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.

Responsabilidades

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients.
• Conduct supervision for patients in caseload, in person or telehealth.
• Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates during supervision.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
• Complete reports, progress notes, IEP goals, and assessments timely.
• Train Behavior Technicians and families on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment changes to caregivers and ABA team.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings and maintain professional relationships.
