Shining Steps ABA in Wildwood, MO is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, clinic, and school-based services. The role is full-time or part-time, offering a competitive salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year and flexible scheduling.

You'll develop ABA treatment plans, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, ensure ethical standards, and participate in leadership opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• 1+ year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
