Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Weldon Spring, MO. This full-time role involves developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and schools to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
