Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Kansas City, MO. The role supports development and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans across in-home, clinic, and school-based settings.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, collaborate with families and school teams, ensure compliance, and lead clinical meetings. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match and paid

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience supervising RBTs or similar roles preferred.
• Strong documentation and clinical compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
