Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and collaborate with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to supervise teams and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs with hands-on training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.

• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
