Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Kansas seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs and collaborate with families, schools, and the clinical team. You will develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and ensure compliance with BACB standards while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
