Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in North County, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time or part-time work. The role offers $80,000–$100,000 per year with competitive benefits and opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

You will develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and schools to deliver ethical, evidence-based care. Flexible scheduling is available to fit caseload and needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
