Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Sullivan, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA treatment plans and mentor RBTs, while collaborating with families and school teams.

The ideal candidate holds a current BCBA, a master’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and leadership skills to advance ethical, evidence-based care. This role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide hands-on training.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
