Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, school teams, and ensure ethical, compliant programming while advancing your leadership skills within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
