Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead individualized ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

In this role you’ll develop treatment plans, conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, ensure ethical standards, and participate in clinical team meetings. Flexible full- or part-time options and a comprehensive benefits package support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with direct supervision of RBTs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Commitment to detailed documentation and professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
