Job summary

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across in-home, clinic, and school settings throughout Missouri. You will supervise RBTs, perform assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with BACB in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams for holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
