Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA therapy initiatives and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians across diverse settings. You will develop and oversee tailored treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families and service providers to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field required.
• BCBA credential or LPA license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in ABA or behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy per treatment plan.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as needed.
• Monitor weekly progress and report updates to the team.
• Train technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
