Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and service providers. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, progress tracking, and documenting outcomes across multiple care settings.

The position offers uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and relocation incentives to support a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA license as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients within the caseload.
• Supervise patients in-person or via telehealth as needed.
• Monitor weekly progress and present updates during supervision meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
• Complete reports, progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments in a timely manner.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment program changes to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Attend IEP and placement meetings.
• Maintain constructive relationships with colleagues and families.
