TEEMA seeks a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to join a team delivering high-quality ABA therapy. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and service providers.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and signing or relocation incentives, reflecting attractive earning potential while supporting patient care.

Formación

• Master's degree in psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification or LPA license required.
• Minimum 2 years of related ABA experience.
• Willingness to travel between different job sites and maintain transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Create and oversee the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to patients within the assigned caseload.
• Conduct supervision for patients within the assigned caseload (in person or via telehealth).
• Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates on programs during supervision and team meetings.
• Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
• Complete reports, progress reports, IEP goals, and assessments in a timely manner.
• Train Behavior Technicians, families, caregivers, and other individuals on ABA plans.
• Communicate treatment program changes to caregivers and the ABA team.
• Attend patient IEP and placement meetings.
