Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks an experienced Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LPA) to develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise staff, and monitor patient progress. You will collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to implement evidence-based interventions.

The role involves weekly progress reviews, IEP coordination, and training of Behavior Technicians. A strong focus on patient safety and documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
• BCBA certification or LPA license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload.
• Conduct supervision of patients in person or via telehealth.
• Monitor weekly progress and report in supervision meetings.
• Update patient treatment programs and documentation.
• Train technicians and families on ABA plans.
• Communicate program changes to caregivers and team.
• Attend IEP/placement meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with care teams.
