Job summary
TEEMA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Analyst (BCBA / LPA) to lead ABA therapy services in California. You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other providers.
The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly bonuses, a guaranteed year-end bonus, and generous signing/relocation incentives, enabling impactful patient progress and family support.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
- BCBA certification or LPA license.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to observe and record behavior objectively.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
Responsibilities
- Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy within caseload.
- Conduct supervision for patients in person or via telehealth.
- Monitor weekly patient progress and report updates.
- Update and maintain patient treatment programs.
- Complete reports and goals in a timely manner.
- Train technicians and families on ABA plans.
- Communicate treatment changes to caregivers.
