Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children ages 18 months to 12 years across centers and community settings. You will work independently while supervising Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality ABA delivery.

You will assess client needs, design personalized plans, monitor progress, train caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with children of varying abilities and with verbal behavior programming.
• Experience in supervising others and in a highly collaborative environment.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying levels of ABA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA programming.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Monitor progress and ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed.
• Collaborate with families and the BCBA leadership.
