Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise RBTs, oversee ABA programming, and coordinate services for children and families in Florida. This role emphasizes collaborative work with BCBA leadership and a strong commitment to individualized therapy.

You will assess needs, develop tailored behavior plans, ensure timely service delivery, and train caregivers while supporting children across our centers and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying levels of ABA understanding.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months–12 years.
• Conduct assessments specific to clients’ needs.
• Develop ABA programming to client needs.
• Manage service delivery time effectively.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide caregiver training.
• Deliver in-home or community-based wrap-around services when needed.
