Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, and ensure effective delivery of services across centers and community settings.

You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and train caregivers, working within a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BCaBAs under BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying levels of ABA understanding.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments specific to client needs.
• Develop ABA programming to client needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap around services to center-based clients as needed.
