Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming for children and supervise RBTs. You will ensure effective implementation of behavior plans and monitor progress across center and community settings.

Join a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BCaBAs dedicated to helping children reach their developmental potential while working under BCBA leadership and a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Experience working with children of varying abilities
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying understanding of ABA
• Experience in managing/supervising others
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years
• Conduct assessments tailored to client needs
• Develop ABA programming based on client needs
• Practice time management of service deliverables
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide caregiver training
• Deliver in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed
• Collaborate with families and team members
