Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across our centers and community settings. You will independently supervise RBTs, oversee behavior intervention plans, and monitor client progress within a collaborative team.

You will collaborate with BCaBAs and BCBAs, delivering high-quality therapy while guiding caregivers and families. This role supports growth and requires strong clinical and supervisory skills in a dynamic pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children between 18 months–12 years of age.
• Conduct assessments specific to client needs.
• Develop ABA programming tailored to client needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers and parents/guardians.
• Provide wrap-around services in home or community settings when needed.
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and supervising team.
