Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and lead high-quality ABA services for children ages 18 months to 12 years. You will practice independently and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure effective programming.

You will oversee behavior intervention plan implementation, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCaBAs, BCBAs, and RBTs to deliver wrap-around community and center-based services.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and eligibility to practice in Florida.
• Experience assessing and developing ABA programming for children.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children ages 18 months–12 years.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized ABA plans.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and provide caregiver training.
• Manage service delivery timelines and monitor progress.
• Provide wrap-around in-home/community services as needed.
