Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming for children ages 18 months to 12 years. You will supervise RBTs, develop client-specific plans, and coordinate with families to ensure successful outcomes.

You will work within a collaborative team of BCBA/BCaBA professionals, delivering center-based and community-based services with a patient-centered approach. A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and a Master’s degree.
• Experience with diverse children and verbal behavior programming.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children 18 months–12 years.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Develop ABA programming tailored to client needs.
• Provide caregiver training and parent collaboration.
• Serve in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed.
• Monitor progress and ensure effective service delivery.
