Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA programming for children from 18 months to 12 years, in centers and community settings. You will supervise RBTs, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a large team.

Requirements include current BCBA certification and experience with verbal behavior programming. The role emphasizes compassionate care, growth potential, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying levels of understanding of ABA.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children aged 18 months – 12 years.
• Conduct assessments specific to client needs.
• Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
• Practice time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Offer in-home or community-based wrap-around services as needed.
