Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programming for children across center and community settings. You will practice independently and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective delivery of ABA programming.

You will oversee behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. This role offers growth potential within a supportive team environment and a compassionate

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in the development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Conduct assessments for clients and develop ABA programming.
• Supervise RBTs and provide caregiver training.
• Provide in-home or community-based wraparound services as needed.
