Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will oversee ABA programming, supervise RBTs, and ensure effective delivery of services across centers and community settings.

You will assess client needs, develop individualized plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with a large team of BCBA/LIC staff to support children aged 18 months to 12 years and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold current BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children of varying abilities.
• Experience in development and implementation of verbal behavior programming.
• Ability to communicate with audiences with varying degrees of understanding of ABA.
• Experience in managing/supervising others.
• Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly implement ABA programming to children between the ages of 18 months – 12 years.
• Conduct assessments specific to the needs of clients.
• Develop ABA programming to client’s needs.
• Practice excellent time management of service deliverables.
• Supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Provide training to caregivers.
• Provide in-home or community-based wrap around services to center-based clients as needed.
