Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy for autistic children in Arizona centers. The role emphasizes compassionate care, evidence‑based practices, and collaboration with a supportive clinical leadership team.

You will supervise RBTs, partner with families to set goals, and contribute to program development across centers, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and leadership as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with state licensure.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs during treatment.
