Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Phoenix, AZ seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral health services for pediatric clients with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop data-driven ABA care plans, and supervise RBTs and therapists to ensure high-fidelity delivery.

You will monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, collaborate with families and schools, and coordinate with healthcare teams to support each child’s learning across clinic, home, and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (active, in good standing) and state licensing requirements for Arizona (COBA).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage a hybrid clinic/home/community workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social, daily living, and self-help skills.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-fidelity therapy and ethical compliance.
• Monitor progress with ongoing data review and adjust treatment plans as children develop.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training to reinforce strategies at home and in the community.
• Coordinate with schools and other healthcare professionals to support the child across learning environments.
