Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based ABA therapy for autistic children in a collaborative center setting. You will work with families to set goals and deliver high-quality intervention while mentoring RBTs to ensure compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) with applicable state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment using play-based strategies where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
