Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is expanding its team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Arizona. The BCBA will lead ABA programs, develop personalized goals, and mentor RBTs, while collaborating with families to monitor progress and celebrate growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB, plus licensure in applicable states.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment, using play-based strategies where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
