Qualifications

• BCBA leads and trains a team of assistants/BCaBAs and technicians in implementing ABA-based treatment plans.
• Completes functional behavior assessments (FBA) to guide individualized programs.
• Creates and maintains individualized ABA programs for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and trains the clinical team to impact each client across home, clinic, school, and community settings.
• Works with Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of treatment plans.
