Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in-center to lead ABA therapy for autistic children. You will set individualized goals with families, deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with clinical leaders across centers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after a thorough assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment, using play-based strategies where appropriate.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
• Take part in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC's clinical leaders.
